Staging your Vacant Home

Click on the links on the left hand side of this page to see approximately what rental furniture will cost per room. There is a one month mimimal rental and applicable sales tax will be charged on rental fees.

In addition to rental costs, we charge a one time set up/take down fee with the first month of rental. This fee includes selecting items appropriate to your home, loading and delivering items, placing all items including accessorizing and hanging artwork, providing photos and visual tour of the staged home for the MLS listing, and removing the furniture once your home is sold.

This price ranges from 60% to 110% of the first months rental depending on many factors such as property location within the cities, number of rooms being staged, delivery conditions (stairs, small doorways, etc.) and more. There is a minimum delivery fee of $120 and a minimum monthly rental of $150. Please call or email us to get an exact bid.
